I’m pregnant, can I use Caribé?

We recommend you speak to your doctor before using our tanning mousse whilst pregnant.

Is Caribé ethical and cruelty free?

Caribé’s tanning mousse is cruelty free and our ingredients are ethically sourced within the UK where possible. The mousse bottles are made of recycled plastics, our postage boxes are made of recyclable cardboard sealed using 97% biodegradable tape, and the boxes are filled with packing peanuts which fully dissolve in water.

Does the tan transfer onto clothing/bedding?

Caribé's formula was created to not transfer on to your bedding however in some cases this may happen - this is only before washing the product off. We recommend you ensure the tan is completely dry before sitting down anywhere and try to wear dark loose fitting clothing whilst the tan is developing.

Why is my discount code not working?

This can be found on the email where the code was presented.

Can a discount code be applied to the order after payment?

We're unable to add any discount codes to orders retrospectively or issue refunds to offset the discount. Any discount codes wanting to be used have to be applied before payment in the checkout process. If you would like to reorder using the discount code contact our Customer Service team and they'll do their best to stop your order.
